As a certified instructor with a strong professional background in the hospitality industry, my engagement brings extensive experience in operational excellence, service standards and team leadership.
The multiple Health & Safety certifications that complement my Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Management, are reinforcing my expertise in compliance, risk management and workplace safety training.
My passion for planning, implementation and continuous improvement of the groups’ vocational and medical training programs, in line with local and international standards and requirements, are contributing to Blue Pulse maintaining its reputation as a trusted provider of quality training and education.
